Stress Free Life

Do often fell stress sometimes?Do you know that stress can influence your weight.According to research, emotions influence our hormones which in turn influence our emotions which influence our eating habits.One of my friend experience it lately.She often had difficulty in her work.To escape to her problem she tends to eat lot of food.Lately,she's now overweight (with fat belly).She's starting to worry about it.Some of her clothes won't fit anymore.
